We will always agree these details with you before we supply you with Equipment, Spare Parts or undertake any construction maintenance or repair work for you.

We will always undertake a Risk Assessment prior to undertaking any work for you and agree with you any actions that may be required to ensure the safety of our staff (and those who may be affected by the work) and the environment, whilst work is in progress.

We will ensure that we have in place appropriate and safe operating procedures and that are staff are competent to undertake work we have planned.

We will provide you, on request, with copies of our insurance policies and of our staff training.
